United Micro sent me a computer which they claim they tested before sending to me. However when I recieved the computer it did not work. I called tech support on several occasions to try and fix the problem with no success and finally sent the computer back to be fixed.
After calling them they informed me that the motherboard was bad. When I shiped the computer back I told them the deadline that I needed it back by. They never called me and I ended up calling them they said they couldnt fix it and were sending the motherboard back to the original manufacturer but wouldnt replace mine untill they got it back. I then asked for a refund even with teh 15% restocking fee and they refused and hung up on me.
