This service is absolutely horrible. I just want to upgrade from 256kbps but it isn't available. I has been like this since you came around. What the hell is wrong with you. You don't want to provide good service just because you are lazy and won't come out here to upgrade you posts. You loosing money on top of customers why the hell won't you fix this crap?
