I pay for payment protection on my credit card and it obviously has not worked. RESERVATIONREWARDS obtained my information and is now taking a $9.00 charge out of my account every month. I called the phone number of the supposed company and got an automated machine that promptly says *To cancel your existing account, Press 1 now* I have yet to reach a live person at the company though I have heard it is possible. I called my credit card company about it and they said that I can cancel the service that I didn't sign up for to begin with, however they are not sure that I can get a refund. I want answers. I will not be toyed with. If I do not find conclusion to this issue I will be reporting again.
