This company made an unauthorized charge of $9 to my Visa account for several months until I caught it. I've never visited the company website or had any contact with this company other than to cancel an account I never signed up for.
When I called to cancel, the automated voice gave the first option, "for questions about your membership fee or charges, please press 1." I chose it and the next thing I hear is "to quickly and conveniently cancel your membership, please press 1." It's very telling when the first option in the questions catagory is to cancel; when I checked sites like rip-off-report to see if any else had similar problems with this company, the reason for the cancellation option being first became quite clear.
This comapny is obviously very aware that they are screwing people. I feel they should be held accountable and pay back everybody they stole from. I also want to know how they got my credit card information.
