Comcast: gouging disabled seniors

I am trying to help my aunt who has dementia manage her estate. Comcast is horrible to deal with regarding two international calls she placed in October. One call is for $600 and the other $200. I explained to them my aunt's medical condition and they refused to reverse the charges despite the fact she has been a loyal customer for 25 years (1988). Now they have disconnected her cable, internet and phone. The bill is now $2000! The other problem was her calling 411 which added to the costs. When I asked them to restrict her account they refused. This company has no integrity or ethics.
