Asheboro, NC 27205 November 24 @ 5pm I called TWC for a two hour waiting game with customer service. Between 5 and 7 pm I called FOUR times only to be cut off shortly after contacting a rep. I tried again Monday the 26th at 10:57 A.M. And got another 30 minute bad music session but got a very nice rep who cut me off after getting my name and number. I never said anything rude or offensive during any of these short conversations... Even after sitting around and waiting a total of about 2 and a half hours.
How can I expect to keep service with a business that DOES NOT appreciate their customers?
