I bought the supersonic toothbrush and thought it would be a good deal. I am disgusted at the type of operation that is run. Their offer gives you free replacement brushes every 3 months for a 4.95 shipping fee. My credit card has ben charged 38 dollars for these free replacement brushes. I can't get through to anyone at customer service and they have not credited my card even though I have returned the replacement brushes.
Don't buy one of these.
