I purchased a gallon of Deans milk at the RIverdale, Illinois CVS. The last date of sale was 10/3. On the 29th of September, I put the milk on my cereal and it had awful taste to it. I took it back to the store I purchased it at -with the receipt and asked for a new gallon of milk. I had used about 2/3 of the gallon. BOTH of the women that waited on me we rude and condescending - in front of other customers. They offered me a ONE TIME curtesy exchange but told me I had used too much of the milk, they didn't know WHERE I had kept the milk (REALLY???) and what kind of a refrigerator I had (REALLY - AGAIN???) And I got my share of dirty looks and a more than bad attitude. I shop often at this store, and by in large these employees are rude; SO! I filed 2 complaints at the CVS website, and as of this post have heard nothing, and that was since 9/29. I will NEVER set foot in that store again. There is another CVS about 10 minutes from my house, and the atmosphere is the opposite... Friendly, and quite nice. I am so angry and upset and furious for being embarassed in front of other customers for something NOT at all my fault.
