First of all, I called Customer Service back on Aug. 30. I spoke to a represenative that was very nice to me. She said that I DID quailfy for the refund. She said that a 30 day supply had been mailed on Aug. 27. I asked if I should return that one and she said 'no' that to go ahead and use it as it was the shipment that 'made me qualify' for the refund. She spoke to her supervisor that said I would receive a credit to my charge card in 10 to 14 days.
Well after 30 days, there was NO credit. So I called them back today and they said that I was 'over' one month and did NOT qualify for the refund. Then he asked me IF I saved all my boxes? Well, no I didn't because I was never told to save boxes... Don't they have records of how many they sent me??? He said that was the policy. No where on the brochure did it say to save boxes. So then he said that I could receive something like 3 months of products for free or get 70.00 back instead of the 360.00. Well, who wants 3 months free of a product that did absolutely nothing for me? I have Systemic Lupus, fibromyalgia and chronic anxiety disorder. I am totally furious over this!
