Ripoff They sent me diet pills and I sent them back. They charged my credit card and I asked for my money back. They said they didn't receive the product back

Propolene sent me some diet pills and said they were the best. They didn't do anything for me. I sent the last two packages back and asked for my money back. They sent me a BS letter saying they didn't receive the packages back. They still have not sent me any money six months later. It was supposed to be money back guarantee.
