This company (owner Cindy herself) sends hair replacements that fall apart, (within 3 months) rat up, and are not 100% human hair. She is rude and does not stand behind her products as stated in her web site.
I know several other people that have dealt with her, that have hair related problems like myself, that have had no luck with her. Her products are not human hair. I have asked for my money back on several occassions, and all she does is hangs up the phone. I will never deal with this company again.
