I can't also start to explain the-hell that Metlife has set me through. A week ago I screamed at 3 various Metlife repetitions about the telephone. I'm not really a shouting individual. But I acquired calls from 3 various repetitions regarding my LTD state and consideration. These were possibly requesting paperwork they currently had or informing me that I Have been overpaid and have to deliver them cash. Not just one of these understood the different had named or that I'd within the week prior obtained two divides characters (from two individual Metlife repetitions) requesting paperwork (currently posted and recognized) or overpayment data. The guy I talked with from their customer support centre in India was undoubtedly the very best. While he could not manage the facts of my bill/state since it was not in his "software", he just started laying. I doubt he'll be calling again. I trained him an entire new language.
