I just filed a report to help New Vitality Customers avoid the 3 bottle ripoff when I got hit this month. They have a BIG problem with their order system and especially with new customers, which I am not.
The biggest question is this: you did not ask or get a discount, yet you are sent other bottles attacking your account! You are paying the full price. That is internet fraud! I know what I am talking about because I was ordering a bottle when I was running out. I followed the same procedure as always. Of course, like many who tell their story, the company claims you signed up for automatic, which you did not!
What can we do? File a report with the FCC if you ordered by phone and were subject to this. Call your local elected official in your State is second. Do both. Next, report your grievance to the BBB online or on the website. Make sure they know exactly what happened and that this is a scam that they pull on many.
It is not rocket science when someone has no honor and does this for a few extra bucks. They do not seem to care who they do it too, the poor or whoever. It is phone fraud if done on the phone, but do you record the conversation? Even large cooperations are doing this as they have the recorded call, not you!
