You sent me Sonia Rykiel perfume that smelled awful. I have used this product for years and you cannot convince me otherwise. I sent it back to you for an exchange and you sent me back the same bottle! Unsealed and all. Sonia Rykiel is always sealed and I have NEVER recieved an new bottle unsealed from you or anyone. How dare you send me back the same bottle. You are a fraud and I shoud report you to the BBB. I expect a full refund plus my shipping cost or I will report you. I have sent back the second (and same) bottle. You guys suck for real!!! Julie Z.
