This company first makes you wait on hold 40 minutes no matter what time of day you call. When ordering, however, I only waited a minute.
I had ordered altovis 1st and canceled the program a week later so they would not charge my check card $70 for another supply. It worked and everything went fine.
Then, I ordered enzyte under the same circumstances. I canceled a bout a week later again, but this time I received a new supply at the end of the month and my card was charged $70. When I called to tell them I had canceled, they wanted a confirmation number which I had saved on my hard drive at the time of cancellation. The only problem was that my hard drive got corrupted and I didn't have the confirmation number anymore. So, they refused to give me a refund. I even spoke with a manager to no effect.
Then, I asked about their refund policy from their website that says, you can get a refund prior to 30 days from purchase date if not completely satisfied. Well, my 2nd supply was charged to my card on Aug. 22, and I called on Aug 23, but they said it was not possible to get a refund. They couldn't even give me a reasonable explanation as to why not. They said it just wasn't possible and that policy wasn't in effect for my order.in the end, they just hung up on me.
Please don't buy from this company, it's a huge scam!
