Same experience as everyone else. Took my money and never delivered a product. Hard to reach anyone at the company. They claim to have shipped the order USPS 12 days ago but nothing ever arrived. I tried to cancel before it was shipped because they were being evasive, but they said it had already shipped but could give no date. This outfit needs to figure out a business model and stop expecting customers to accommodate a lack of product and fulfillment capability. Mom&Pop or otherwise, you don't take money for goods you can't deliver.
