I placed my order almost one month ago and was told it would be shipped within days. I have tried calling them with not an answer just ringing or it will say the mailbox is full. I have emailed them

I placed an order with Purehealth almost a month ago for the green coffee beans. I was told it would be shipped out within a few days. I have not received it and have tried calling them, with no luck. It either just rings or says the mailbox is full at this time. I have also tried emailing them with out getting a response from them that way either. I hope that customers will order from other sites than this one because I am afraid they will just have their money taken and not get any product.
