Eyepothesis review - risk free trial never received product in the mail... How could i try it or cancel it&$78.41 was taken from my account within days of my order!

I never received product in the mail... How could i cancel after trial of the product&in a matter of days after my order, they took $74.41 out of my account!!! I called them and they said i could get no refund.
