I signed up as a It Works Loyal Customer with the intent to try something new for the required 3 month period. That would be just fine if I had received the 1st shipment.
It's now 3 weeks later and still have not received the 1st order and they are going to want to bill and ship me something else. How long will that take and will I receive the second or third required orders?
No response to my 4/21 email, that their own website states they will reply within 24 hours or
1 business day.
Two phone calls later and they tell me I can't cancel the 3 month Loyal Customer commitment without paying $50.
How can you pay for merchandise not received, and then be expected to be held to a 3 month commitment to pay for two more shipments for more merchandise you my not receive, or pay $50 to get out of the commitment you received nothing for?
It's A Big Ripoff!!! Don't Do It!!!
