I also went to the web and this came thru as a Pop Up - found it intriguing. I am getting ready for a special event and they "claim" their product can help you lose a pound a day - so for 1 week thought I'd "try it". Price was $1.49 for 1 week.
When I received my confirmation, immediately, I noted they charged my account $159 for a 90 day supply. I immediately responded to their email confirmation and advised that if they charged this unauthorized amount on my account they would be facing litigation. This web site is a rip off - they make you register at a point where it looks like you are getting a 1 week trial for the cost of shipping and handling, when in fact they actually apply the entire 90 day amount to your credit card. Another fascinating point - I started playing with this web site under different emails/names just to see what comes up and no matter how much weight you need to lose, they recommend a 90 day supply.
I am filing a complaint against them with my Better Business Bureau, as well as their State (Illinois) Attorney General's office. Remember, they are working through the U.S. Postal Service and this constitutes fraud. Their toll free # does not connect - there is no way to leave them a message.
They are messing with the wrong person. I will pursue this to the full extent the laws allow.
