Ripoff Fraudulently charged my credit card RIPOFF

I recently tried these Diet Patches, and as they made me itch, I took the first one off, and didn't use them again. NOTHING in the package they sent me said they were going to try and bill me $169.99 for a 90 day supply!!! And NOTHING in the confirmation email they sent said that they would be finally billing me for $107.00 for a supply of patches (which I haven't received). Only after I logged into the website — TODAY — do I see that they "autobill" people if they do not get back with they.

So, I called these toll-free number, and at first got a message that the call volume was too high, and to call back later. That's it, no ability to leave a message — nothing. If these product is THAT wonderful, they can't afford to get more phone coverage? Nevertheless, I tried calling back three more times, and after being on hold for more than 10 minutes each time, I finally got through to someone. Their customer service representative, Richard, was curt and unhelpful. He would not give me their mailing address (despite the fact that he is required by purchasing laws to provide it when asked), and told me that the information was on my package, and in the confirmation email I was sent, and that I should go get it there (isn't that was a customer service rep is supposed to do HELP people who call?). He also said that the continued financial committment information was also contained in that email, and in the package.

A careful review of both items shows that *that* information is NOT in either place. I had the package sitting right here next to me when I spoke with him (and had the email up on my screen at the time), and the *only* reference is to having items shipped to me, on the BACK of these guarantee card. NOWHERE in the email is it EVER said that they will auto-ship and auto-bill this to the credit card number I gave they for the sample. NOWHERE.

This is wrong!!!

Using the terms "free" and "no obligation" mean just that — there is no further obligation — not that there is secretly a hidden obligation for large amounts of money if they don't contact us. If there *were* an obligation, THEY are obliged to make that fact KNOWN on the FIRST PAGE of whatever they send, along with the dollar amounts they will charge (again, not listed) and a way to contact they if

I took their "supposedly" sincere offer of a "risk free trial" with "no obligation" at its word. AND THEY HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ME, LIED TO ME, AND MADE ME ITCH!!!

I want my money back!!!

I have filed with both the IL and MI Attorney Generals' Offices (re: internet fraud) and am posting their complaint websites here so that people can assist themselves. DON'T LET THESE GUYS TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE MAKE THEM DEAL FAIRLY OR QUIT DOING BUSINESS!

Good luck, and I'll let you know how things happen by posting it here.
