I was given the name and number of Berkeley pharmacuticals by my doctor as a medical trial #298. After ordering the free trial ($4.50 for S&H) I tried the Avlimil for a few days and decided they were causing me problems. I phoned customer care to cancel on July 16. I also entered a cancelation on their website.
Today, Aug. 7, we found a charge on our bank statement for $70.00 on July 21, from this company. I called customer care and talked to lucious about getting this charge removed from my account. I got the big runaround and was told they can't cancel it and the product had been sent on the 19th of July. I have not received any product, nor do I want any more of their product.
After much talk I was connected to his supervisor, Troy,
who told me I had to be responsible for my purchases and things would stand as they were. He went away to find the recording of my call. I put my husband on the phone and when he returned he told my husband that they would put through a credit and cancel my order. I do not trust them. We are going to the bank on monday to file a complaint. They have many products. I want to warn anyone ordering a free trial from this company, that they are scam artists and will keep charging your account until you take drastic measures.
