Luckily our insurance balked at paying for the script and caused a pause in filling the script. The pharmacy had the WRONG script - a child with the same name (different birthday and different middle initial) for my grandson. An antidepressant instead of what the doctor had ordered. This could have caused some serious harm to the child. We're still shook up about this mistake and they didn't even apologize for it. Just an "oh well..." 1111111111111111111111111111111
