A woman came into my place of employment and offered a great spa deal to all of the female workers. She handed me a coupon promising 3 spa visits for a 90% discount. I purchased one package for $47.00 even though I wasn't sure I really wanted to use the visits. I asked the saleswoman if it would be a problem if I changed my mind about the purchase and wanted a refund. She told me that all I would have to do would be send the reciept back with a signature saying I decided to cancell my purchase within 3 days. She said that when the company recieved my reciept and notice of cancellation they would refund my account within 10 business days.
The next day I decided to cancell the purchase and mailed the reciept to the address listed at the bottom of the reciept. I expected to get my refund after 10 days. After 10 days went by, I called the customer service number that I found online (954-733-2269) and the woman told me that they had just recived my notice of cancellation and that they were sending a check to my residence for the full refund of $47.00. The day I talked to customer service rep. Was 15 days ago. I still have not recieved a refund and I am unable to get anyone on the phone to ask what happed to my money.
