I ordered a Kyocera flip phone for my son on 9/19/07 via the Cricket website. Once I recieved the phone by Fed-ex, I decided that we would go back to sprint for service. I called Cricket and recieved a RA number to send the phone back. On October 16, I recieved an E: mail from Cricket saying that I would not be recieving a refund due to the phone being damaged and or the return policy had elapsed.

First of all, I never even opened the box when I recieved it and the phone was returned immediantly upon reciept.in have called 1-866-384-4425 which is the internet order Customer Service and I have been getting the run-around every since. The reps are never consistent with their answers. First I was told that I would recieve the phone back and then I was told that the e: mail that I recieved was wrong and I would get a refund in 30 days.

I has now been more than 30 days. I called today and spoke to Rose whose was talking to me and someone else in the background. She claimed that she would escalate my complaint to the Corporate office but could not provide me with a confirmation that this would be done. Meanwhile I have no credit or a phone.
