This is a monthly subcription company that is supposed to send out monthly boxes for $12.95. For the past 6 months, the company has had several issues. Some of my boxes were shipped very late, others never arrived at all.
In December I purchased one of their "Deluxe Boxes" for $28, plus shipping and handling. I emailed the company for 3 months and complained on their FaceBook page. They finally sent my box on March 12th. When I received it, a nail polish had leaked all over EVERYTHING inside the box. It seemed intentional, especially after all of my emails and complaints, but this is just an assumption. I immediately emailed them and asked them if they could replace my box. I received and automated email but nothing else. I have written to them about this issue 4 times and have yet to receive a response. I offered to send the pictures to gogogirlfriend but they have refused to even acknowledge any of my emails.
