I purchased 8 porcelain dolls. When the dolls arrived all of the boxes the dolls are in wilted as though the dolls are stored in a damp area. The boxed the dolls are in are wilted and both the boxes and dolls have a strong Oder order of mildew and now the boxes are dry rotting. The box they were all shipped in is in mint condition. I give these dolls as gifts and by far they not suitable to give as gifts. I requested to be compromised for the damage of the merchandise for an even trade of undamaged dolls. I contacted them through email several times and had to follow up by a phone call on each email sent to get a response. The lady would tell me "oh we have not checked our emails yet". The lady was/is very unprofessional and did not respond to my emails in a timely manor. She was very rude and her customer service was in poor taste. She asked for pictures and I sent them to her showing the damage of the boxes. She said they will only credit me 20% of the cost of the dolls and I am stuck with junk dolls. Total cost of the dolls $80.00
