I placed an order with them in September, and about a week later, received an email advising me that my order had shipped. At the end of October, I still hadn't received my nail polish, so I sent a follow up email, asking what was going on. The response I received was that they were going to re-ship the products, since I had yet to receive my order.
Fast forward to end of November. Still no products. I emailed them again, and never got a response. I emailed a third time, still no response.
There is a phone number on their website, so that will be my last resort. If you look on their Facebook page, there are dozens and dozens of angry messages from customers who are apparently in the same boat that I'm in.
DO NOT order form this company. I feel extremely uncomfortable that they now have my credit cardinfo and all my personal information. They are complete and utter scammers! Stay away! Buyer beware!!!
