I contacted this company about a health plan since I was currently unemployed. The told me that I could cancel if the plan did not work for me, or cancel when I was able to find a new job.
I never was told about any cancelation period of 3 days, which with the package arriving 14 days later, made it hard to cancel. This is simply unfair. Also, when I approached my doctor about the plan, he refused to use the plan at all, and prescription coverage was at best a laugh. I have found that I can purchase most of the medication at a lower cost than the plan provides.
I have been trying to get a refund now for 3 months, they continue to charge my credit card, and they continue to ignore my please to stop charging my account, and requests for cancelation from Email, postal mail, certified mail, fax, phone, etc. They simply have no intention of returning the money, and what makes it worse, is the credit card company really is unable to do anything about it, unless the company at least replies back to them. And then, all they have to say, is they will not allow you to cancel.
Suggest, that EVERYONE avoid this company, as they are very dishonest, and are nothing more than scam artists.
I want to let everyone know, that I do not work for them, no have I ever worked for them. So, they cannot say that I am a upset ex-employee of the company, trying to create a lot of bad press.
My main suggestion just avoid them. And anyone who asks for a fee upfront. As they are probably using the same scam.
