I was going to this salon for about 8 months for twice a week. I spent a lot of money here and probably one of the few male customers who came in twice a week. My hairstylist was great as well as the front manager. Never once in that 8 month period did the owner of the salon say hello to me or even acknowledge me. We stood face to face several times and he did not say a word. Owning several businesses myself it is my duty to know each and every one of my clients and customers and make them feel welcome. The owner obviously does not care about his customers!!! This business will not make it if the owner does not lighten up and show caring towards his customers. This is why so many businesses fail! The customer is what pays the bills. Stop being an arrogant owner and greet your customers. It is so sad because there are so many great workers there. If the owner treats his customers this way, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy. The actions of the owner is of greed and apathy. To all the people thinking about going to this salon, go elsewhere. Why give your money to someone who cares less about his customers. I wish the stylists and manager would go elsewhere. They do not need to be a part of that aura. My blessings and prayers for everyone! Amen
