Have you ever been to a salon where the owner quotes you the price of the services provided according to his mood? Well, go to Gi-Gi's hairsalon in Fontana. The owner does not post a pricelist for the services offered. Jose A. (owner) quotes customers one price one month and the following month he wants to charge $25.00 more for the exact same service. When a customer complains he gets rude, arrogant, and starts to raise his voice towards the customerand his employees. What kind of business does he run? Where is the pricelist? How does he determine who pays what? Is it a different price for only English speakers? I can't answer these questions, but one thing I know this salon is horrible and I recommend that someone investigates the business practices.
