Partner tried Proactiv but terminated due to auto-renewal plan. Positioned just a single one time-order next not a problem. Subsequently obtained a statement for purchasing one-product on June 15 which we did not purchase. And since we never requested it the merchandise was never shipped. I delivered a contact to Customer Support plus they explained methods I will purchase the merchandise I never requested. They did not actually recognize the problem. Their Customer Support and Sales Division would be the toughest I've actually handled. Steer clear.
