Diet ZX
Rip-off

I looked up Diet ZX on the Internet, and the first thing that came up was a rip off report by someone else with the exact same story as mine.

However, I have not been able to reach the company as the previous write.

I, too, was told I would receive Diet ZX for $6.50. TI placed my order on 9/27, did not receive my product until the week of Christmas, but my credit card had been billed immediately.

Upon ordering, I insisted on a total amount, which they said they did not have, but finally gave me $55.60 with shipping/handling, etc.
My credit card was billed for over $20 in excess of what I was told. To this date, I have not been able to contact the company. Being a paralegal, I know this is not legal business practice.
