VitaFree, (dba) Diet ZX
Selling/sharing my credit card number, unauthorized charges being made!

After waiting over 5 months to receive Diet ZX, we thought the nightmare was over. The product effectiveness is still in question.

Over the past 3 months, we have received very clever telemarketing calls that would have used my credit card number which they already had — but I caught the perceived agreement and told them not to use the number. When asked where they got the number, they said it was obtained through Diet ZX.

Then I started having charges to my account by travel clubs, unauthorized, not solicited, and when asked where they got my card number, again it was Diet ZX. Now they say they cannot reveal their sources due to the Privacy Act, but I remind them that my card number is also private! Then I ask if the source is Diet ZX and they agree.

My attorney gave me this website to use and suggested I report this to the Fed Trade Commission and to the Better Business Bureau of San Diego.
