Wellnet - UTalk - Washball
WellNet, U Talk, Washball ripoff, charged my bank account without my permission. Says they will refund but don't. I have made many calls without resolution

I was called for a trial in WellNet for a charge of 1.95. I never received the package with the gas coupon.
I was then charged 124.90 and 24.95 for additonal WellNet which I cancelled and requested refunds.
I was also charged 79.95 for Washball, and 139.90 for Utalk Unlimited.

I have made calls on 2/19/04,3/12/04,4/14/04,4/19/04 and again today 5/10/04.

I am told they will send the form for a refund check, which I have already gotten and returned. I was told Corporate had put a hold on it one time I called.

Utalk said they were going to put a high priority to corporate for a refund.

Today they said they would forward to research department, and Washball said they would set for investigation. Call them back in 10 business days.
