The website and commercials are completely misleading...
In other words FREE does not mean free. It means you are signing up to pay $70 for their product unless you cancel...
The problem is that you don't know that you are signing up because before you read the fine print it asks you to continue so you don't even know that it exists. I am livid right now. I got duped and this company must go down. If you got screwed contact a news channel to get the word out or something and maybe that will scare Berkeley a little bit.
When I talked to "Harris" the jerk-off supervisor, he said that they are fixing this problem for people now. I doubt that, but if so, isn't it great that I got screwed! They may look like a credible company but they are rude, and deceitful.
