I ordered the "free sample" paid the postage, no free sample comes, i email them 9 times to tell them id rather cancel, no reply. Then they take the full amount out of my bank 62, i try to contact them again, this time i get a short message saying, your order was not placed, sorry for inconenience! So if my order was not placed why am i being charged all this money? Because it is nothing but a scam, i have had to change all my bank details. I have now emailed them again 3 times since and not had a reply.
