I ordered the sample, that is all I wanted. Didn't know about Managed Care direct. That is how they bill you directly monthly. The customer Service person I talked to didn't tell me about the automatic billing of my checking account. I can't afford this. So I canceled the billing. Was never told they don't credit back. Didn't know I wouldn't get my 70.00 back. So I sent the product back to the company. They acknowledge recieving the product back. It is such an unfair process. I don't really understand how these people can work for this company. It is such a rip-off.
