After seeing an advertisment on the television about a free 30 day sample product for women called avlimil, I placed the order and was told that I would have to pay 9.99 to cover shipping charges. Not only did they take the 9.99 from my check card dated 7/2/04 they took additional $79.99 on 7/30/04 according to my bank statement I received Wednesday. Their was no mention to me of additional cost nor did I give anyone Authorization to draft the money from my account.
I have made numerous attempts to contact the company at the numbers I was given. I was told that I would need to contact Eight Squared Inc @1866-816-0099. When I called that number I was directed to their website www.askberkley.com I have only being given the run around and I feel I was ripped off because the company is fraudulent and I want my money back. Thank God I didn't take the sample pills they sent me because if they steal your money whose to say the product is not harmful to your health.
