I was told over the phone the item I purchased was returnable if unused. It took 2 Days and several phones calls first. I was told they would call me back with a RMA number and then I was told I would have to prove it. This company would not stand by their return promise. I purchased this Bath Lift for my mother without her knowing it and would not have purchased this expensive item without knowing I could return it if unused. I was told by Brian that the supplier would not except returns. I did not purchase this item from the supplier, I purchased it through ActiveForever. Very stressful situation for me.
