I take advantage of DentalWorks for my households dental and orthodontist requirements. The orthodontist we observe is just in on Thursdays. Our child had a scheduled appointment on Friday at 11 am she turned up towards the visit and was informed there is no visit planned on her which the orthodontist wasn't in so that they rescheduled her for that following week. I myself was planned for Sunday to get a cleansing and examination which occurred to drop on the vacation (New Years Eve) I had been the very first visit of your day 10 am the DentalWorks is situated within the Sears shop and so I went in and lay down and all of the lamps were down with no one was there. I thought perhaps everybody was working late and so I lay around for nearly an hour or so no body actually turned up to function. I never received any telephone calls eliminating each one of those visits and also have both of the visit cards they offered in my experience like a memory. Personally I think this is extremely poor company and incredibly unprofessional. It had been an enormous load for me personally and my loved ones and had I not found as much as either visit without 24-hour progress eliminating notice I'd have now been billed a no-show charge. Won't ever go back to this dentist.
