I purchased inserts from Ideal Feet for $260 on 10-03-11 because my left foot was hurting. I tried to return them in less than 24 hours and Fred the manager said no way. The inserts was in original condition when I took them back. The reason for the return was the left foot hurt more and the right foot started to hurt after 4 hours of wearing the inserts. Fred wanted to make adjustments and the receipt had no refunds on it. Never once do they mention to you all sales are final. Beware of these con artists. The store is at Westhimer, Houston, Texas.
