I purchased a Sedu professional styling iron on August 17 for $159.95 which included a $50 mail in rebate. Only reason I agreed to purchase this model was the rebate which made it more affordable. After 4.5 months and several phone calls I still don't have my rebate and each time I call they are going to send an email to a supervisor and then tell me to call back in a week. I even reported this incident to Ulta where the iron was purchased to make them aware seeing that they are selling these products.
