My name is John Cenera and I just received a cancellation on my Blue Cross Of ne pa Telling me I have 30 days to get a new plan. Of course it is offered by them and is considerably higher. My rate will go from 436.. 00 to 575.00 a month for less coverage. I wouldn't be so outraged except for the fact i have no where else to turn because i have a preexisting condition (descending disecting aortic aneurysm) which i do need an operation for and they know it. This is criminal and no one will change the fact that it is extortion medical extortion. Can anyone help?
I know of an instance recently that a local politician helped a person that could not afford their hospital bills since unlike that person i am paying every month but getting the raw end of the deal, The working tax paying people just keep getting jammed. It seems if you dont work you get everything for free. Its not the way it should work in this country! Please can anyone help me in this fight? To add to this they said that in my corporation i am the only one left on their coverage so I DO NOT qualify for group coverage. Well everyone else left the plan for cheaper plans and since ino one else will cover me im stuck with what they demand or no coverafe from anyone!
