I have had nothing but problems with this company from day one. Phone is junk, Bad service and no service areas.
1st lied about the person to person I wanted as my partner and didnt cover his calls.
2nd attacked by dogs and 911 operater and the sheriffs dept told me the limited conversation was recorded... What they could hear of course. Both stating I needed another phone company.
3rd stranded along road in a blizzard... No coverage area so phone went into analog and died within seconds... Couldn't call for help.
4th was told before I moved to another state "no problem, plenty of coverage there" to find out another lie and not coverage...
5th because of their lousy lies and of course service... My bill that has never been over 61.00 is now (for one month) 900.00.
Never Never Never go with alltel. They lie and then make you pay extortion money to get away from them.
