I had ordered Kavi Natural Relief for as advertised $5.95, I was charged that but then a month later charged $89.95. I called up the company to dispute the charge and they said because I did not send back what pills were not used I had to pay the full amount. I sent back the rest of the pills because they did not work a snake oil if I say so myself. Which we all know does not exist this medicine is not the real thing and does not help with menopause!!! WHen I sent back in the remaining pills I also canceled out my membership They did refund me my 89.95 in Sept but here comes Oct and I have twp charges for 9.95 from this company. They used their name Kavi then used another name Le Healthy Living for the second charge. I called them and what a problem I had they said they would refund me but it still has not happened yet. Now I get this months credit card bill in and the same two charges. I tried calling and they are almost impossible to get a hold of. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company and I am so angry that I have to go through all this. This place is a scam, rip off, thief, and liar!!! Please do not ever order because you will have months of headaches and unauthorized charges on your credit card.
