Ripoff Refuse to honor policy, use preexisting conditions exclusions for unrelated illnesses

This pet insurance company refused reimbursement for vet bills. They did not return calls or emails to explain the reason for declining coverage. When finally contacted (after 2 months) they cited a preexisting condition exclusion as the reason for denying coverage. However, the preexisting condition was defined so broadly as to exclude virtually any illness that could possible befall the pet.

This is a rip off and a total waste of money. The company knows they can bill for a few months and not honor the policy before anyone will cancel.
