I placed an order with Smartbomb.com in September for a total of $32.56. I never received the item I purchased, but they charged my card. They kept telling me the item was on back order.
After 2 months without receiving my item, I canceled my order and requested a refund. 1 month passed and I still had not received my credit.
I did some research and noticed the charge on my card was from The Naturalist.com. So I called them and spoke with Whitney Anderson (212-279-4350 x108). He was really nice and refunded my money (via a check from Mother Nature Inc). He didn't offer any explanation about the bad business practices by Smartbomb.
Although my issue was resolved, I'm writing this report because I would like for the site to be shut down.
