I ordered products the last week of September and only received a partial shipment. I've been trying since then to get them to ship the remainder of my order. I've sent numerous emails, I've made numerous telephone calls and never able to speak with anyone and I've also left my telephone number for someone to call me regarding this matter.
Today I've asked for a refund after giving them ample enough chances to make good on an order placed in good faith and one where they have my money but I have no product. I'll see what happens now. Poor business practice and clearly lack of business ethics. If they're going out of business at least have the common decency to contact their customers and let them know this.
