On 12/01 my wife ordered a pair of "Miracle Socks" from an advertisement on TV. Today, she received a call from the Company to 'confirm' the order. At this time, she wanted to cancel the order. The representative stated he was unable to help her with that and transferred her to 'Customer Service', who happened to be someone else who could not help.
This person transferred her to what was supposed to be the correct number for Customer Service. After waiting for approximately 50 minutes, she hung up. It's amazing how you can find an unknown number of people to talk to - as long as you are not cancelling an order! Along with this report, we are also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau in the State of New Jersey.
